We greatly appreciate your continued support during our battle with the county over the past year. Please, disregard rumors that the county closed us down. That is what they want you to believe, but it is far from the truth. We are open and depend on your support!
News Update: The issue of the temporary injunction that previously propelled us to front page infamous rock star status in our local news outlets is currently in the Indiana Court of Appeals (download our pdf Appellate Brief here). Now, are you interested in seeing our local government at work? Feel free to join us at our next court date scheduled at the Jefferson County Courthouse in Madison on Thursday, July 13th at 1 pm, that is unless the county requests another delay. We’ll keep you posted 😉
